San Gregorio is a family owned company that has been in the dried fruit industry for the last 25 years. The main product we commercialize is tenderized pitted and unpitted prunes, with a total volume of ~3,500 ton per season. We have our own plantations and close relationships with additional growers. Furthermore, we have a processing facility with 12 drying industrial ovens, a grading line, a fumigation hermetic chamber and two processing lines, one for unpitted prunes and the other for pitted prunes. Our performance is 1FCL of pitted prunes every 08-12 hours. The product is processed according to HACCP standards and we can offer bulk or retail packaging depending on each client needs. We have strong participation in Europe and Latin America.
In addition to prunes, we have started selling other types of dried fruits. For instance, last season we started working on dried blueberries (no preservatives or additives) and next season we are going to start drying apples, peaches and kiwifruits.
