Ismail Bottle Stores was established way back in the year 1972. Under the profound guidance of our mentor, Mr. Ismail Batliwala, the company has aced in the business of supplying best Recycled washed Glass Bottles and Jars. His ever inspiring attitude and great motivational efforts facilitates us to maintain a supreme position in the packaging industry. Be it a Pharmaceutical Product, a Dairy Product, a Food Product or a Tissue Culture jar, our company provides the glass bottles and jars, within a specified period.
Cleaning Process
The Product which becomes solid in the bottle is melted by keeping the bottle in the water with caustic for 12hours.
The bottles which have stains are cleaned by using acid.
The bottles are washed by using detergent and machine brushes.
Then the bottles are cleaned with water.
Packing Process
Bottles are allowed to dry.
Bottles are packed in corrugated boxes.
To prevent the dust particles from going inside the boxes are packed with tapes.
