Conservas Emilia is a producer of artisans spanish fish conserves and semi conserves, we are a family company, founded in 1982 by Emilia Fuentes, who knows the secrets of the hand made elaboration of the anchovies since she was a childe.
The creation of Conservas Emilia answered to the need of the re-launching the home-made elaboration of anchovies, in order to offer a highest quality product. To get it, Donia Emilia, with the help of all her family, started on what today is a company of recognized prestige, awarded with the first prize in several competitions.
The success of our products in the market has been so good that the company has been increasing since the beginning, until end of nineties, when she opened her new installations, with a much bigger capacity of production.
