Jake Bloom Limited focuses on the export and import of high grade raw materials, intermediate goods and finished products considering current and potential comparative advantage of Nigeria in production. To date, our emphasis has been on the export of agricultural commodities (particularly sesame seeds, ginger, gun arabic and raw cashew nuts) and metal ores (especially lead ore, zinc ore, copper ore and titanium dioxide ? rutile and ilmenite ore). Some other agricultural commodities and metals will be added to the set over time. The direction of export is largely Asia and Europe.As the business grows, we plan to expand the scope to include the processing of raw materials into intermediate and finished products before export. We also look forward to partnerships and/or some form of alliances with the foreign importers to facilitate business growth and increased value-addition at both ends. Our primary objective is to contribute to the growth of the Nigerian economy and improve the welfare of her citizens. To facilitate the achievement of this objective, we will always strive to surpass our customer expectation in terms of product quality and delivery, thereby giving our customers value for * as well as contributing to their own business growth and customer satisfaction. The pioneer Managing Director of the company is a Master's degree holder in Economics. He retired from the banking industry in Nigeria early-2012 at Deputy General Manager level, after over 20 years banking experience, to set-up this company.
