Procedures for buying Cement1, Buyer sends LOI with full banking details with soft probe authorization2, Seller sends FCO to Buyer after having received his LOI3, Buyer signs and seals the FCO to show his approval4, Seller sends draft contract for negotiation5, Seller/Buyer approve the final draft and sign the electronic version6, Seller prepares 5 original copies to be sent by courier (DHL or similar) to Buyer7, Buyer returns 3 signed copies by courier (DHL or similar)8, Buyer issues the pre-advice Letter of Credit to Sellers bank within 2 working days9, Seller check Pre-advice Letter of Credit and confirms this to Buyer10, Buyer issues the non operative Letter of credit to sellers Bank within 7 banking days11, Seller issues the 2% PB Bank to Bank within 10 days maximum, which activates automatically and immediately the L/C12, Shipments commence according to the agreed schedule in contract.
