1. It is our sole responsibility to obtain the business/contract for any
Cargo.
2. The party supplying to us will give us the authority to do all the leagal
Proceedings for india.
3. Marketing, leagal correspondance , entire work for passing the contract
Will be done by us.
4. We will be filling the tender / quotations etc. On the basis of your
Quotation.
5. Lc will be opened on shipper name .
6. 2% commission will be charged for the above mentioned work done by us.
7. Shipper has to engaged the ship and has to quote the cargo rate and
Freight seperatly.
8. Emd what ever applicable will be born by shipper.
If felt necessary to alter the rates for competion purpose will be informed
To the shipper and the shipper can proceed accordingly.
