Our company,set up in 1972,renamed as Xing long Machinery Comany.We began to produce ductile iron from 1993,and Axle in 2003.Now it covers an area of 16000 square meters and there are more than 100 workers,among whom 8 engineers.30% of them have been worked here for more than 30 years ,and 80% for more than 15 years.What's more,a new resin sand production line was introduced in2013,which can produce castings 5000T per year.
Our products focus on axle casing,flywheel,and brake shoe and so on.We have been providing services for some companies,such as Yong Gu in Changchun,Shengrui in Weifang,Ankai in Anhui.
In order to check our products,we introduced many physical properties testing equipment,such as ultrasonic testing machine,metallographic picture analysis,HB-3000 Brinell hardness meter,temperature measuring machine,universal tester.
