Whether LC will be transferable and issued or confirmed by a top 100 world prime bank in U. S. or Europe.
After receiving a soft quote if you would like to receive an FCO please in addition to the items above we will need a bank comfort letter in bank letterhead with signature from the bank's officers.
The procedures to enter in a contract with INNOVARE Trading, Inc. Are as follows:
Buyer sends LOI with RWA / BCL
Seller sends FCO
Buyer sends FCO signed with all information completed
Seller sends contract for buyer's signature
Buyer sends contract signed and maximum 5 banking days later
SWIFT message with bank to bank confirmation of non operative LC
Seller sends contracts by Fax and hard copies by courier
Seller has 5 banking days to issue Proof of Product
Buyer issues Operative LC upon confirmation of product existence
Seller emits 2 percent performance Bond
Vessel nomination and shipment starts between 21 TO 30 days.

INNOVARE will only send soft quotes with intoduction of an LOI, RWA AND BCL.
