Has been historically established as a manufactory by German
Settlers, invited to Russia, at 1765 year by
Empress Katherine II. The factory "Sarepta", before
The revolution of 1917, was a leading manufacturer of
salted vegetables and vegetable oil in the country and was granted
a title of the Supplier for Imperial court of Russian Empire.
Presently Holding "Pomidor Prom" is:
- 1 of leaders on Russian market of vegetables & fruits canned food, sauses and seasonings;
- leader in Russia in 2 categories: pickled tomatoes and mustard;
- occupies 3 place by quantity in the category of pickled gherkins;
- just since early 2014 4 new items have been issued: sause "Ajvar", sause "Georgian", gherkins with lemon and gherkins in tomato.
