This is a New Coffe Company with a goal of selling high quality coffee from Yauco, Puerto Rico. The Hacienda Santa Clara was founded by Domingo Mairani , a corsican that came to Puerto Rico in during the mid 1800's to establish a coffee farm. This farm produced one of the best coffees in the world exporting most of its production to Europe in th early 1900's. Now its been 50 years since the plantation sees production, but that will change this year. The first cupping profiles will be available on September 2008.
