Dindings Poultry Processing Sdn Bhd(DPP)is a member of the Malayan Flour Mills Group. The processing plant is situated on 16.1 acres land at northern part of Malaysia.
DPP, one of the largest processing plant in Malaysia, is designed according to USDA standards. With its modern ad computerized equipment, the plant is capable of processing 8,000 birds per hour. Its high capacity confirms the Company firm and continuous commitment towards ensuring adequate supply of fresh chicken and further processed products to the market.
The company is also ISO 9001 Certified. We produce chilled and frozen whole chicken, cut-up parts, deboned meat and further processed products. Marination of roast chicken is centralized at the plant. All our products are certified HALAL by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia and bear the Veterinary Inspected Logo issued the Department of Veterinary Service.
Quality control is monitored at every stage of the process in accordance with a structured HACCP program which was developed to ensure that all our products fit for human consumption. The products are also inspected by Government Veterinary Inspectors based at our plant.
Further monitoring of the products on the microbiological status, antibiotic residue, cleaning of the processing equipment and waste water treatment is also carried out by our in-house laboratory, which is specially equipped to carry out bacteriological and chemical analysis.
