We source the products from selected Abattoirs who are registered with the New Zealand Food & Safety Authority and have a Risk Management Program (RMP). We provide documents for traceability including Health certificate.Our company is registered with NZFSA as an exporter of animal and diary products and therefore we are a part of the risk management system established by the Act.
