KASHMIR WALNUTS Company has been a dream passed on from 3generations since its inception as a small scale Walnut tradingunit in 1955 to a key market player in the larger scale domesticand international markets at present. The dream started with ourgreat grandfather Mr. “Mohammed Abdullah” in 1955 when hewent out to establish a business set up in 1955 dealing with thesmall scale trading of Walnuts and Walnut Kernels.In 2000 brothers Mr. Sheeraz Ahmad Hafiz and Mr. Rais Ahmad Hafizprovided a new direction to the family vision by forming thetrading company by the name of “KASHMIR WALNUTS” under theregistration of DIC ANT, APEDA, and DGFT. With overall 60 years ofWalnut trading expertise under the belt, last 15 years haswitnessed a steady business growth and augmented client base indomestic and international markets. We also added few moreexquisite products like Morels and Saffron to our productportfolio.Currently led by brothers Mr. Sheeraz Ahmad Hafiz and Mr. RaisAhmad Hafiz who carried on the family vision to a new horizon byadapting to the ever increasing competition and demand in themarket and rightly bringing in the transformation in the Processingarea by implementing state of art equipment’s and modern machineryto increase the production whilst maintaining the qualitystandards. Our current processing unit has an annual productioncapacity of 1000 metric tons of Walnut Kernels, 500 metric tons ofShelled Walnut and about 50 metric tons of MorelsWhat sets us apart is a strong and sustainable purchase networkthat enables us to buy directly from the farmers topped by a startof art processing infrastructure capabilities.
