"MILKIEKS Ltd. is undertaking oriented in buying and processing of raw milk and milk products. The plant is located in Sevlievo, situated in North Central Bulgaria, remote from the capital Sofia, 180 km. Moderate - continental climate in this part of Bulgaria aims for unique taste and flavor of traditional Bulgarian products: cheese, white brine cheese, butter.The plant has four production lines: lines for the production of traditional Bulgarian brine cheese, second line for production of cheese, butter and line the fourth to produce processed cheese. Our production capacity for processing of raw milk to 240 tons per day, cream 10 tons per day. Currently the establishment processes average about 60 tons of milk a day or 1800 tons per month.Month in March 2008 approved the establishment e in the first category and is in the food trade with EU member states and for export to third countries.
