We make a popsicle type item and are expanding into fruit bars, juice bars and ice-cream bars, italian ice and gelato. We have the capacity to produce abt 10-12000 pieces per hour. We are only using 1/10 of our capacity now. We are mainly in Utah and surrounding states as of 2007. We have the unique ability to produce small batches of new products up to full production.
