With the help of our grandparents who grew in themountains of "La Sierra" in Mexico, we have learned theirtechniques to produce and preserve our food in a very uniqueway.In order to make 1 kg. we use 3-4 kg. of meat. We take out the badpieces of fat and imperfections to only deliver the best of thebest. We are also, the only dry meat business that has been granteda permit by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by the UnitedStates in our state.Our small company is in Cd.
