Its molecules are cationic surfactants in water due to their positively charged amino groups. The FDA & KFDA approved as food additive in 2003 and 2008.The appearance of e-Polylysine is white to pale yellow powder. And we classified three grades based on purity.One feature of e-PL is excellent synergistic effect.
