Manufacture on walnut processing is located inUkraine. All works at factory are executed according torequirements sanitary-and-epidemiologic services, fire inspection,a protection service of work, ecological service, and as all otheraccompanying inspections and supervising bodies. The area of industrial premises makes nearby1400 м2. The lines on nut processing carries outfollowing operations: - clearing of a nut of impurity, a dust, parasites etc.; - nut split; - calibration of kernels of a nut according to the order of the client (a half, a quarter, an eighth of a pound etc.); - division of kernels of a nut according to color scale on request of the client; - manual sorting of a nut according to calibres (halves, quarters, eighths of a pound) is carried out for evident control after passage by an equipment kernel on calibration and separation (an inspection stage); - production packing in cardboard a box with a pergament paper.
