In 1999, in a further consolidation of Keppel Group's marine business, the Company sold its marine-related business to Keppel Hitachi Zosen. It also divested its interests in Keppel's listed companies. Subsequently adopted the name K1 Ventures Limited on 27 July 2000. It is now an investment/general mechandise holding company
